Pixelsport RPG updated

Updated to Xaseco 1.11
- New /xaseco command
- New /mod and /song commands. Add "url" behind to see locator link (/mod url, /song url)
- Now has timestamps in the logs (/chatlog, /pmlog, etc)
- and more...
Now you can drive times up to 1000 hours.. I think . Also updated the max time for players on the server. Previously this was 2330 hours (Moi has 2000h), but now it's almost unlimited..
Added a new finish panel.. Try /scoretable
Added 4-5 new rules. Try /rules
Updated the Dedicated server to the newest.. No more bans in multilap maps
Admins can now ban..
Jukebox buffer now 9 instead of 4
/rpgcommands now shown in a private message, not public

and new chat commands: /sitemap, /rpgforum, /mumble, /rpghistory, /irc

Today I will hopefully update the server again with the missing /ruletwelve from /rpgcommands and update localdatabase.xml so that you get a chat message if you take a record over 500.
