cpcounter for TM2

OK,

I took some time and further developed my first plugin cpcounter. Since I have only one tm2 account, I need a little help in testing this plugin on server. Whoever has tried this plugin, leave me the server login here. For the successful testing, two players is enough.
Also need help with translation; some texts are present. (hint: click on lambda sign).
